We accept 100% T/T (30% deposit and 70% against copy of BL), L/C at sight, Western Union, and Paypal.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For our own brand, delivery takes about 15 days after confirmation. For OEM brands, it typically takes 30-35 days.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
OEM orders require 500pcs. For our own brand, the quantity depends on the specific model.
Do you provide samples for testing?
Yes, we can provide 1-2 free samples with freight collect. The sample cost will be deducted from your formal order.
What is the warranty period for the products?
We supply a 12-month warranty. If the machine has quality issues, we provide vulnerable parts for repair.
