What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept L/C at sight, T/T (30% deposit and 70% against the copy of BL), and OA with Sinosure insurance.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For factory brands, we deliver within 7 days after confirmation. For OEM brands, it typically takes 7 weeks after order confirmation.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
OEM brands require 200 PCS. For factory brands, the MOQ is 1 CTN depending on the model, as we maintain stock.
Can I request samples for testing?
Yes, we can provide one or two pieces as samples with freight collected.
What is your product warranty policy?
We provide 1% F.O.C. easy-broken spare parts for full container orders and a one-year guarantee for the machine.
