What is the standard lead time for orders?
Normally, mass production takes 40-60 days after the receipt of the deposit and approval of the artwork.
What are your payment terms?
We prefer T/T payment: a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL) within 7 days.
Do you provide quality inspection services?
Yes, we have a professional in-house inspection team to ensure all products meet strict quality standards before shipping.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Some samples are provided free of charge depending on the item.
What materials are used for the tool racks?
Our tool racks are primarily constructed from high-grade A3 steel with a 0.8mm thickness to ensure durability and long-term storage stability.
